What dose to maintain YOUR tissue?
Similar to bridging... what do you guys drop down to... and what drugs do you use say for a period of less intense training? I've gone down as low as 200mg every 10 days of Cyp, but without Deca I lose alot of strength and I get quite a bit of joint and tendon pain. I don't train heavy at all, but man without Deca I really don't feel well.

i can get away with 100mg propionate every other day and maintain everything well, it not much of a bridge,lol, but works

Literally been doing about .85 of a cc of Test E, and the rest Tren E with a wotal of about 1.3ml in the syringe once a week. I am 5'9 staying between 198-200 pounds, and only doing jiu jitsu this year. I have leaned out and lost a ton of puffyness I'll try to find a pic or two

light doses, at home workouts witout weights and jiu jitsu for about 5 months

There's no doubt that extended breaks can do alot for your physique. I'm going to stay at 200mg of.test and add in 200mg of Deca when it gets here. I'm going to continue with the LGD and IGF and add in S4. That sounds like alot, but I'm a very lean 245 at 5'9. I think that not only can I maintain everything which right now I'm at my strongest since my injury in 2013, but I think I can continue to make improvements. I'm actually not interested in putting on anymore size on my upper body. Hamstrings and calves is my focus now and honestly I've made alot of progress. Given my goals I think IGF will do a hell of alot more than high dose AAS to reach my goals.
