thats an impressive transformation, did he look pretty jacked before he got Fat and then went back to getting into shape?

He looks like he may have been in decent shape many years before getting fat, in any case great photos and great sale

Yea he did great.. That was his starting picture with my coaching. I didn't have history on him but I know he recomped very well under my guidance

you dont ask clients if they have been in shape before? or if they no how to lift or what there past experience is before training them? i would think that is very important information.

i think you misunderstood... i meant i didn't have a history on him on me... all clients fill out a new client questionnaire that gives me all the important information i need..

also, i do not disclose clients private information or share before and after pics of clients without the express written permission of the client.. privacy is a matter i take seriously

this client allowed me to share pictures, nothing more

the more before and after pics i see the more i am impressed with your diet program

isnt that the truth, i remember back in my early 20's my wife and I got ISSA certified so we could train people, as back then i knew a few guys making a serious living doing this, and i mean they were killing it! So anyhow, we got certified and I started a company called "Shape Shifters" lol, and I promise you after doing all this to get read , certification, biz license, business banking, etc.... anyhow, I promise you it only took me 2 maybe 3 clients to realize I fucking hated training people lol, they do NOT listen, they eat shit, dont train on their own, I had one guy who would walk into the gym right before our session and he would be eating a snickers bar lmao

so that was the end of that! Ended faster then it took to get started lmao

So anyhow, that was my long version of saying your absolutely right 3j! Its the clients who need to be dedicated enough to use the information and direction your providing them, and most people are just fucking lazy, and most of the rest just wanna say "I have a trainer" when talking with their friends lol,

yea i love it when clients lie to me about cheating.. then out of guilt come clean.. lol

9 times out of 10 so they could say "my trainer says..." when talking with friends or family, lol,

its a sad truth.. thankfully this doesn't happen with most my clients.. most my clients are motivated people who have great success with my plans..

i always tell my clients.. "you provide the will power and follow directions, let me take care of everything else"
