Whats Included in the Coaching?


1. A custom built diet specific to your needs. I tell you what to eat, when to eat it, and how much to have. I also give you multiple options per meal. As your goals change or as we go through different phases of your protocol to reach your goals your diet and dieting philosophy will change as well.

Jump on this offer guys, you wont be sorry....I am working with 3J for two shows coming up and so far he's been great to work with and super easy following his blue print.....its about to get a lot harder as the last 10 weeks til show time is approaching, two shows in three days but I am excited to see my transformation and package I bring this year. I guess he can "Rest his Case" based on his clients results...BTW I am a newbie here and am loving the reception from my Man Presser w.r.t. the feed back from one of my posts as well as what I just saw about 3Js Nutrition Network. I been w/ 3J since beginning of year and unfortunately have dealing with some injuries which I'm trying to work thru. His diet is spot on, he has vast knowledge of both BB'ing and general fitness too. He always replies in a timely fashion and is eager to help. He wont mince his words, gets right to the point w/ no BS answers. If I can overcome my injuries I have 100% faith in 3J that he will help me WIN the next Masters show I enter.

Do yourself a favor, get him. Its money well spent and you won't be sorry.

Thats awesome bro! Looking forward to seeing your transformation specifically, only cause i seen the transformation you made while injured using just IGF-1 lr3 , so 3j has a good mold to start with in your dedication and base phsyique, so yeah looking forward to it
