1. A custom built diet specific to your needs. I tell you what to eat, when to eat it, and how much to have. I also give you multiple options per meal. As your goals change or as we go through different phases of your protocol to reach your goals your diet and dieting philosophy will change as well.
2. A wide range of dieting philosophies are available like Straight Macro Split, Keto, CKD, TKD, Carb Cycling, Modified Carb Cycling, IIFYM, and Contest Prep
3. A workout and cardio routine that is synergistic with the diet and adaptive to changes in goals. I will build and supervise your complete training routine
4. You will be require to send specific measurements and your weight at least once a week so that i may track your progress and make changes as i see fit. This is the micro-calibration and most important aspect of my coaching! Anyone can build a decent diet with some research, but it takes a true professional to know what changes to make as we go along, especially considering the many bumps you may experience on the road to your goals
