Love that super solid cycle. Looks professional.

The advice you gave me is working wonders, I am so glad I listened and upped the test.

Look forward to following along. Especially with 3j assisting. From posts I've read in the past, he certainly knows what he's doing. Also, good luck with your back injury. I have neck issues myself and I know it holds me back some in the gym. Oh well, it could always be worse, right?

Looks great! Would you mind commenting on your choice of AI or any other ancillaries you plan to run with this cycle?

Yesterday was chest/biceps. So a little history march 29 my right tricep tendon was reattached to my elbow from a work place accident so no making fun of my pressing weights. Lol
    Flat db bench
    30lb-20reps
    40lb15reps
    50lb-10reps
    50lb-10reps
    50lb-6reps
    Peck deck fly

    100lb-20rep
    120lb-15rep
    160lb-10rep
    170lb-6rep
    Incline db press
    40lb-12rep

    Cable fly
    80lb-30reps
    100lb-20reps
    140lb-12reps
    170lb-7rep
Chest is spent the workouts are definitely going to get a lot heavier as the arm heals. The reps may seem high to some, but they are slow and controlled the muscle does the work.
    Biceps
    Db supinated curls
    30lb-30reps
    40lb-20reps
    50lb-14reps
    50lb-8reps
    Hammer curls
    40lb-20reps
    50lb-20reps
    70lb-12reps
That was it for biceps today. Unlike most arms are my least favorite thing to train always have been. I am really going to try and improve on this for this prep.

10 days out started my sodium load today. I started a thread in the NPC/IFBB forum under North American Championships.

Brother I am the grateful one, and so far I love the product very smooth. Have been off since November. So looking forward to some fantastic results. The anadrol-TNE mix goes nicely with a 29 slin pin. Have had no pain at all with any product.

    Thanking yourself! FUNNY!!

I wonder if you'd be better off keeping the igf-1 dose higher considering your injury repair. I've never used it for that type of injury, but for a couple of tendon injuries I've run it at 100 mcg a day for 10 days, then backed it down to 80, then 60, never went lower than 50 mcg.

I'm no expert, for sure, but I've had good luck with it like that.

Very true! I know it's so hard to quit when something's feeling off, but good call.

Brother keep killing it. And never be ashamed of your weights. Leave the ego at the door and do what you can. I had back surgery 10 years ago and my L4, L5 and S1 have all become fused. I don't bend at all, nerve damage and muscle damage in both legs, so I just focus on walking now, no leg work at all. Just call me chicken legs but I am still moving. You got this brother.

I agree with Dr. T Bear. It's great that MC is a place where you CAN post something YOU see as embarrassing because you know you won't be judged or treated negatively by other members. It's quite the opposite actually, you get nothing but encouraging and motivational words. Also, it's good for ppl who are on the fence about joining to see that this is a friendly environment

Good onya buddy! There are definitely some awesome people on this forum, I've seen that from my short time here.
I'm stuck doing light weights atm as I have been a lazy fat bastard the last 4-5 years.
I think of it like this, at least I'm lifting a shitload more than any couch potato haha

Not trying to sound arrogant at all. But I do believe alot of life is in the mind and your perception of the tasks that you have laid out for yourself. So after I win my next show the credit first and foremost will go to the good Lord, but a very close 2nd is Presser, Mountain Man, and Jolt then the whole Muscle Chemistry family. You guys are all awesome amazing people that truly seem to care and want the best for you. And definitely can't forget PCT-SHOP fellas I'm telling you if your standing on the fence I would push to the pct Side myself if I could. 3 c's at a time no pain at all. In the gym I am really becoming a machine. My train I g partner the last 3 days has just been staring at the intensity and the pump. His exact words were you were a fn freak before the accident I don't even know, and he just walked off shaking his head. Plus I'm still babying that tricep can't wait to really get after it. I hope every body gets to and enjoys their 3 day weekend.

Another great workout intensity very high trained by myself today. I think I like it better sometimes cranked the undead , and shinedown as loud as they would play. One reason I love being at the gym at 5 am all by myself music as loud as I want it to be.
