Dbol dosage / when to take

Hey everybody ! Alright so I've done my fair share of research and it seems everyone has a different opinion on this. I understand Dbol has a 6 hour half life. I never typically use orals. Just moderate dosages of injectables. Anyways I'd guess for optimal blood levels you would want to dose Dbol about 3 times a day? But some people sware by full dose pre workout. My pills are 25mg. Any advice would be great.

yeah bro, I've done dianabol both ways, all at once and split up throughout the day and I can honestly say I didnt realize any difference, with that said, on paper it makes sense to split it up, so if you can do so then why not!
 
Got it. I'll try splitting it up a bit and see how that goes. I typically take 1 rest day every 8 days right now. Would it make sense to take on my rest day as well?
 
When on Dbol, I took 25mg about 30 to 45min before I worked out. Never did take it on non training days. If I went above 25 mg for any length of time, I got painful back pumps that limited my training.
 
I just take it 45 minutes before workout but I don't take over 30-50 mgs. I get good effects from that amount and if it causes fluctuations I couldn't tell u never get many sides. Back pumps before though but not always. I have used higher but start to bloat. I use all orals pre-workout at once. I try to get my stable level from injectable and my oral is used for added aggression at gym and increase anabolic environment during and after work suppressing cortisol. I only use oral as kick start or a sticking point at end of cycle. I take on rest days at time I normally do workout. Tried both ways. I believe fluctuations are normal during workout without extra hormones so to me it makes sense to mimic that to increase protein synthesis at certain times the times our body can benifit most.

How much will u be using? Dbol for me can cause water if I go above 50 mg. of good stuff. I still up my letro before starting dbol just a nudge. I have taken letro enough that I know how to adjust it. I always stay on lower dose side estrogen too low is what I fear. Dbol makes me feel good and I never have felt lethargic or any bad feeling from any oral but I don't take in higher doses. My liver is always good on test.
