Plan was chest and triceps.
Got through my chest movements and started with machine dips for triceps.
As soon as I stood up after the first set the whole right side of my abdomen cramped up.
I had to stretch my right arm up over my head and try to work it loose with my left hand.
I got it loose and rested for a couple minutes, I decided that maybe putting my belt on would help.
But as I bent over to pick it up, I cramped up again.
I called it a day after that.

Standing cable flyes 1x20, 3x12, 1x15
DB incline press 2x12, 2x10, 1x8, 1x8, 1x6, 1x4, 1x8, 1x14
Machine chest press 1x12, 3x7-8, drop set 1x7/8/8
Pec Dec 3x10, 1x20

Gonna try to get triceps in with shoulders on Wednesday.

Right now I am between 192-187
When I am on gear and get around 180 like I am trying to do, lower in bf I look way bigger. Muscles actually are around same with me now and there, but the lower body fat, that makes the muscles exaggerated!!!
That is what I am after.

When I am on gear and get around 180 like I am trying to do, lower in bf I look way bigger. Muscles actually are around same with me now and there, but the lower body fat, that makes the muscles exaggerated!!!

We had one of those outside companies come to my work and check: height, weight, bmi, bp, cholesterol, pulse, gluclose and bf.
For the Body Fat check you had to grab hold of this little machine that looks like a video game controller, mine came back at 17.4 % BF.......

Your body fat is low brother I can't tell completely because u not shaved to skin but my guess would be between 8-10%
