Whats your obsession or your OCD?

Besides training or diet what are you obsessed with or at least a little OCD about in terms of your bodybuilding/fitness life style.?
For me I always have to have my gym bag packed and ready to go as soon as I get home. I dump the sweaty stuff and grab all fresh clothes. Refill water bottles and make sure I have my towels. Then I place my bag by the door. Even if my next day is a rest day I do this.
Another one is getting rid of the body hair. I have clippers stashed at work as well as home!
 
I'm pretty similar. I pack the bag the night before, and I bring my gym bag with me to work so I can go directly to the gym.

Yeah for me getting the bag ready allows me to have it fixed I AM going to the gym the next day. Being done early I can relax
 
Gym bag comes everywhere. I have workout clothes a change of clothes several choices. All supplements and protein inside. I feel up water at work and gym.
I use a funnel and add protein to any bottle but mostly drink only one a day.

Hair shave it every few days. Razor or body shaver or clippers depends.

Pulling ingrown hair out. Get them where nipples rub shirt.

Rolling up all cords free of knots especially phone charger I use twisty things.

Also figuring things out. I am a thinker I like to read and learn plus I am a mechanic and like trouble shooting and setting up ways to do it. Wiring for circuits, fittings for compressors, and creating a vacuum. I have to do this with job bUT take it above and beyond.

I have OCD and adhd.

But if I have to I just change shoes and workout in uniform. Doesn't bother me. I never sit down not even to eat lunch. That's just me. When I take a break it's only to do sonething else I never stop.

I actually have really bad OCD so pretty much everything from the second I wake up until the second I go to bed. lol. I wouldn't even know where to start with awnsering this question lol.

yeah actually we use the term ocd so loosley when it doesnt even comemclose to the real thing.... if you actually have ocd i know that can be a major problem for people, so much respect for trying to manage it bro.
 
Oddly enough I wear the same gym outfit the same day each week. For example, every monday is my white gym shorts with a black beater (arms), every tuesday is black shorts and white beater (shoulders), Wednesdays are white shorts with green cut-off (legs) and so on. It depends on what muscles I'm working and what shirt best shows off the pump that those muscles get.
 
Some hoodlums stole my gym bag and all my gym stuff about 18 months ago. With as crazy as much I I've gotten away from most of my OCD stuff. My life is managed chaos right now...
