First Cycle and Pre-Blood Work

So guys finally started my very first cycle. First off sorry for taking so long to get these up. I am using a couple of different things, but my coach didn't want me exposing myself to a bunch of different AAS compounds, he wants to see how I react to certain compounds then add things in as time goes on over the next few cycles. So instead of using Cyp and EQ. I'm strictly running 500mg Robo Cyp a week. Shooting first thing Sunday Morning, and around midnight on Wednesday night. Attached are some pics I took this past weekend, at 17 weeks post show, still decently lean, my trainer says I'm probably still sitting around 7 - 8.5% BF. I'll be getting this checked next weekend. And keeping it up on a bi-weekly bases. I've placed my stats, and macros on here. My macros are low, but WE WILL BE INCREASING. Also attached is my blood work, highlighted what I wanted you guys to look at and also maybe give me some advise on how to control. I plan on running 20 weeks. I have liquiDex, Liquid Letro, and Liquid Clomi already on hand. Let me know what you think, I'm a newbie and am willing to take advise with not shit talk back.

Macros:
Training day macros:
250g Protein
100g carbs
16g fat

Non-training day macros:
240g protein
80 carbs
16g fat


So my stack is simple

500mg Cyp twice week Sun/Wed

MC's IGF-LR3 60mcgs post-workout

MK-677 25mcgs daily

Hey bro, first I will say pics look good you look like you have a good foundation of muscle. I think your test numbers are kinda low for a 31 year old. So with that said, you are going to love how you feel on 500 test / wk. That's plenty for a first cycle. Exactly what I did a year ago. The only advice I can give is to take an anti estrogen. Needs to be taken every mon, wed, and fri. I take anastrozle and clomid. I know some guys take different anti-e so others can chime in on that, but get blood work done again half way through cycle to see what your levels are and to see if you are keeping your estrogen low and your hematocrit in the normal range.

Thanks for advice, I have all anti-e on hand. LiquiDex, Liquid Letro, and Liquid Clomi. If you were me would you start taken it at week for or go ahead and start taking now?

Start it once you start your cycle. As your test levels rise, so will your estrogen. Keeping it at bay will help with a lot of things, including keeping your bodyfat down and mood swings.
 
20 weeks is kinda long for a first cycle. If you plan on doing PCT it will be easier to recover from a 12 or 14 week cycle.
What does your PCT regimen look like?
 
I agree with firstblood, 1st cycle I used to use two bottles of test 250 c or e for 10 weeks. Longer shutdown harder the comeback. I should know I am 40 and I went on trt cause tt never broke 150 in over a year.

AI we are all different on 500 test only I don't need a on cycle ai. Estro too low is not good. Unless u are prone to gyno your detrimental time to with estro with be during pct so learn all u can for it. On cycle I would not use ai until bloat and highblood pressure would start to show.
Maybe a very little dose twice a week but not till the ester builds up.

Cholesterol takes an impact almost like taking orals when ai is added especially if too high. An ai can help but can but more dangerous and cause more damage than being on the gear. It's not just something u throw in there. Some need it some don't.

Slim, You are going to Blow The Fuck Up Daddio! If thats how you look natural, then your going to really need to keep an alternative plan on hand in terms of cycle length and maybe even dosages, and be flexible. You could easily out grow your the class you compete in now!

Anyhow, I have nothing really to add aside from Good Luck & Grow Like a Weed

On do have my PCT and AI on hand just in case. Currently I have LiquiDex, Liquid Letro, and Liquid Clomi. I did not want to start until I had everything on hand. Had my 2nd Shot of the week last night. Destroyed Bi's and Quads today. Actual went intra-muscular with the IGF 60mcgs bilaterally...OMG the pump was ridiculous, sipped on some Karbolyn during the workout, and had my shake after, went right to work at my 2nd post-workout meal and the pump came back viciously after I ate more carbs. I'm probably going to keep it post work as I'm more about the growth but damn...MC's IGF is no joke. As for how long I am running its up to 20 weeks...That's not to say my coach is going to let me run that long, in fact he will probably tell me to calm down and stop at 12-14, because we want to do at least one more cycle before the year is up, and everyone says time on it time off, so at 14 weeks that puts me almost 24 weeks into the year so I can honestly say it wont be that long. This is my very first cycle so I want to see how my body reacts off of what before doing anything crazy, but I'm definitely ready for the ride!

Will your couch help u on some guidance with things like estro and pct. Just curious.
But wanted to tell u like presser did enjoy it brother cause as muscled as u are u are gonna grow!!! U have nothing to worry about u will be fine and that is a very safe run and it will be nothing but fun. Don't get caught up I ran all my first cycles with no worries back then I had no ai and didn't even know what that was 20 years ago! Lol I never regretted it and still don't!

Yeah my coach and my trainer are both watching and keeping an eye out on what I'm doing. It was their decision to not let me add any other compounds in i.e. EQ because they want to see how I respond on each one first, it's great to have both of them on my side watching daily. I'm with my trainer 5-6 days a week and talk to my coach regularly or as needed, so If and when I need something they're there. As far as growing, I'm already starting to feel the boost of the test today's Back workout was just insane, my approach to the sets were at a whole new level, and I'm only 2 pins in and loving it.

you're bun and bun/creatine is a little high. I wonder why. and this is pre-bloodwork? it's probably no big deal at all, just keep an eye on those numbers in the future to make sure they don't keep getting elevated, especially creatinine, egfr, ast/alt.
