Aromasin vs letro/adex

I will try to keep this simple.
Ai's can be confusing. I will only talk about what they do to estro or better yet aromatase in a way that hopefully u guys can understand.

Aromasin suicide inhibitor. Aromasin binds to aromatase and once bound it permanently Stops it by deforming it reshaping it to ever aromatase again. Only the % it actually bound to. So permanent to inhibit comes word suicide.

Letro and adex these competitively bind to enzyme needed to aromatase. They stop estrogen from forming by blocking the aromatasing process.
Here comes the confusing part to so many the word REBOUND. This work does not mean estrogen builds up and rebounds. It means that the enzymes that letro and adex bind to, can become active if they and or their metabolites lose their competitor(letro/adex), but only if half life of drug is too small to compete against enzyme for aromatase to occur.
So rebound means it's not permanently deformed like way Aromasin does to it preventing it ever to become active until clear of system hence suicide.

So let's get this clear NO AROMATASING BECAUSE LETRO AND ADEX PREVENTED BY COMPETITIVE BLOCKING ENZYME FOR AROMATASING TO OCCUR NO BUILD OF OF ESTRO TO REBOUND.

So rebound only means in this case that we wanna keep drug dosing to have a competitor until aromatasing steroids are stopped and ester clears and a little extra time for our competitors (letro/adex) to let metabolites of blocked enzymes to clear system.

Example if I am blasting testosterone 750 wk and deca 400 wk I may use letro at 3 mg total wk divided into 2 doses
Now I wanna go back to cruise. I go to cruise dose trt 100 mg per week I will now taper adex/letro approx half rate so ester can clear per week.
Week one trt 100 wk letro 1 mg twice week
Week 2 trt 100 wk letro .5 twice week
Week 3 trt 100 wk letro .33 twice a week
Then I myself always use .33 twice a week on trt dose.

Doing this property of coarse we all need different amounts, we can safely use letro or adex with no chance of this rebound.

Please note rebound compared to suicide. If u have a boxing match. A fighter goes down in first to purposely lose fight he loses. It's suicide there is no second round to come back or rebound.
Ok that was suicide he lost permanently.
Rebound. If a boxer is losing, until match is over he has a competitor. Even if he is losing the whole fight there is always a chance he can rebound and win as long as fight doesn't end. He can never turn into two boxers or three he can come back and win if his competitor gets weak.
Hope u guys understand how rebound is a word that can be used and mean more than one specific thing depending on way used and especially by a mechanism of action of how a drug works.
To get a rebound in Basket ball means to get or regain control of ball again. So this makes sense too. Wow!!! Now we taking. Aromatase enzyme can regain control if they present and letro or adex isn't to compete. But when they there to compete they always win.

Hope u guys understand and serms or what doesn't stop estro only blocks to selectIve estro receptors and is a modulater. Not a reducer and if this drug stops the estrogen that built up can become active to these tissues. Causing gyno and other sides.

It's also important to note that estro just like testosterone has to have a constant source or body will metabolize and excrete it. It will not be stuck there forever in any case to come back. It's learning when to block when to inhibit and to not overdo it but do it if necessary the right way.

Picture androgens in body at higher rate. They began to aromatase to compensate ratio to estrogen for example.
We chose letro or adex to stop. What every dose we chose depends on % that of rate we are aromatasing so it can be enough. What every the case let's talk rebound once more. Let's understand that nothing is ever stored up in way of estro or aromatase because we not blocking cells and estro can build. No that's what serms do. We are blocking enzymes needed for aromatasing to occur blocking by inhibiting with a competitor (letro or adex)
So aromatasing couldn't occur cause it was inhibited. But what is important to know is letro and adex don't permanently bind and retard to ever become active again like Aromasin does. Aromasin does this but to only of coarse if bound and % bound to and keeps it permanently retarded to ever change until its excreted out our bodies.
Adex and letro have to remain present to compete because if their half life runs out and enzymes hadn't excreted out system those enzymes that had a competitor *letro and adex* now don't so they can now recover and aromatase but only if they are in our system after letro and adex. There is no build up of aromatase or estro. It simply means the enzymes are not paralyzed once bound to they have a competitor but the competitor wins and always does if available instead of retarding.
This rebound or feature is important to know that this is only for a matter of days until those enzymes or metabolized and our liver and kidneys have eliminated them out our system.
There is no build up that rebound it only means that that particular enzyme that had a competitor stopping aromatase can aromatase if the competitor's half life runs out before the half life of aromatasing enzymes are excreted from system.
This again is a matter of days. Rebound isn't used as in the case of hypertension rebounding once drugs stop. Rebound here means a condition gets worse because drugs stop. Aromatase is not a disease or condition it's a process that gets excreted and stopped once aromatasing substances are not put into our bodies.

Lol!!! I tried. I have done the research understand it but it's still not that easy to explain. I see it confused often that guys think this rebound is a build up or coming back more. But it only means nothing except those enzymes inhibited can make a rebound if letro and adex isn't present until enzymes metabolized and letro or adex get weak in half life. Aromasin binds and retards. The process of aromatasing occurs no different then one or other once they stop. Except the for one's not metabolized that either Aromasin is bound to or adex and letro are inhibiting by competing. Those are only ones where difference matters and it doesn't take forever for them to leave system theyou are active in our bodies just waiting on kidney and liver to excrete no super depot with ester. Lol

Confused and overlooked as well. Great Reminder and quick brush up on Aromatase Inhibitors, and PCT (pre cycle therapy) as in starting your HCG a couple weeks prior to starting your steroids cycle. PCT (Present Cycle Therapy) as in the ancillaries your going to run alongside the actual steroid cycle that will prevent aromatization or drugs like nolvadex that compete for the receptor if you didnt catch the issue in time or a little late. And last but not least, PCT (Post Cycle therapy) as in the drugs you will use to prevent estrogen rebounds, as well help speed up endogenous testosterone production and such!
