    Default once steroids, always steroids?

Hi. This is a basic or typical newbie's question, and certainly it will sound too naive or repetitive. However, I donot mean to insult anyone rather than disclosing my own ignorance.

I wonder how true the claim is that if you start taking steroids you cannot stop, because if you do you are going to lose your gains, even if you keep working out.

If you want to go for Olympia with 300lbs there will be no other way.. . Your body will always seek homeostasis, will also fight against your gains, always, this is also why high testo cause high estro etc.etc. Some scientists said also that your weight will stay in homeostasis at max = your height in cm minus 100 plus-minus 8 at 5-10%bf or something like this . This is natural range.

Good answer. That's how the judges can tell if natural competitors are using gear...with that mathematical formula you laid out there

There need to be more as what ive said. You always can reduce your body mass - loose your gains to the point you need, still keeping the advantage of improved genetics like caused hyperplasia...

I am 5'9" I stay between 180 at 6% ripped and threaded and well muscled to 199 around 13%
I can be within same range on trt dose.
I have been same way off gear.
The appearance is different on gear. But at my weight range I don't lose all my muscle when I come off but I also don't gain much weight on scale on cycle or blast either!
After being on gear for so long if I don't cycle off or cruise the benifit doesn't out weigh the sides.
Once muscle fibers are built and u have a certain # of fibers that # that amount will remain.
Gear only will makes cells grow faster with more nitrogen uptake and protein synthesis then the stronger a steroid bind to cells the more fat loss will be created
