Beginner cutting cycle

:wave:Hi Everyone

I am planning to do a oral only Anavar cycle of 8 weeks. I am working out from last 10 years on and off. One year back i had a shoulder injury so i stopped the workout,now i am recovers from my shoulder injury completely. so again i started the gym two months back only,now i am regular to the gym in the morning session and in the evening cardio of walking 30 to 40 mins....In that injure time of one year i ate so many carbs and junk foods because of that i gain fat in my mid section. for this reason i am planning to do a Anavar cycle of 8 weeks 50 mg daily...This is not my first cycle...

Before this i did Dbol only cycle
Test E only cycle
Test E and Deca cycle

This is my experience with AAS. But now i am very serious about my mid section fat and as well as body fat levels,now i am taking 1800 to 2000 calorie diet of Oats,Chicken,Egg whites,Whey protein drinks,sweet potatos and white rice, i am very very controlled in my daily calories.

My question is actually i am planning to do a Anavar 50 mg and Winstrol 50 mg for six weeks
Pct with Nolva40/40/20/20

But two orals at a time little confused with this....i am requesting each and every person to help me out about this cycle

Two orals at a time is it safe or else only Anavar 50 mg daily is ok with pct of Nolva 40/40/20/20........I am waiting for a suggestion.....Thanking you

Are you a male or female? Assuming male by username but after reading your anavar only cycle along with calorie intake, and cardio walking, well it made me want to ask to be sure.

As I said above, first and foremost..welcome to MC!

Now, your cycle is not very good, not in substance, dosage, nor duration.

Can you share your stats so we can better understand how to help you and start putting together a real plan for you.

Tue-- Back and Biceps

Thu-- legs & calves

Friday-- Baiceps & Triceps pm--cardio 30 to 45 mins and abs

Sat and Sundays only cardio and abdominals

Present this is my workout routine.....i have to do any changes in workout routine....My main goal is to be compete in National levels,in coming years so now i am planning to reduce my body fat levels firs, as well as main concentration is my mid section...Once i am finished after this i am planning to do a Sustanon,Deca,Dbol and Hgh Cycle

Please help me about my current cycle and diet to cut my body fat levels and mid section....I am very thank full to you

Welcome to MC bro. Your in the right place. IMO any anavar only cycle is a huge waste of time. As a matter of fact that cycle is more than likely going to do more harm than good. Your going to suppress your own natural test production and for what 8 weeks of anavar?

Your goal is to burn bodyfat. Have you ever tried any fat burners? Ephedrine, caffeine, asprin or clen anything like that? Burning bodyfat is going to amount to burning more calories than you are taking in. Any muscle mass you put on is going to increase the amount of calories you burn even at rest each day.
At 20% bodyfat anavar is just a waste. If you want to do a recomp cycle I would recommend

1-14 50mg test p. everyday
1-14 50mcg IGF-1 everyday post workout on workout days in the am on off days

OR if the issue is pinning so frequently

1-14 and test e 400mg/week
1-14 LR3 IGF-1 50mcg per day

Once you feel you are no longer a beginner you could add clenbuterol 2 weeks on 2weeks off. Tren A 75mg every other day for 6 weeks with 20mg of Cardarine a day for 14 weeks.. You should check out this thread and decide on HCG ====>

Test p everyday no brotha is it right was read in so many forum and google search every one is suggested Test p every other day is good....and IGF-1 It is almost like a slin...personally i dont want use this type of things..one more thing i like to say now my body fat percentage is 16 only last night checked again to know exact fat percentage of mine. This time i dont want inject any thing now my mail goal is to reduce mid section only. This is the main reason to choose a Anavar only cycle. After this i am planning to do a cycle of

Sustanon 750 mg Mon,wed and friday for 16 weeks

Deca 400 mg Mon and wed with sust shots for 14 weeks

Dbol 40 mg for 6 weeks

Hgh 4 Iu's daily split in to two shots for 20 weeks

winstrol 40 mg for week 11 to week 16


After lost dose of winstrol the nest day i will start with HCG

Clomid and nolva.....Please give me a suggestion my cycles

Anavar only huh? I am currently on Var at 100mg bout 4 weeks in also using test p, test s and proviron.

I would suggest, as others have, using a small dose of test. Var can make you feel shitty solo from wjat people say. Hell, if you dont want water weight or whatever do test p at 50mg EOD. It'll help.

I am loving var so far. Def dropping fat. Enjoy the ride.
