I am noticing a lot of people talking about things on this site that should not be talked about on any site!

If anyone is caught doing illicit business of any kind through this sites private messaging system, they will be banned!

If anyone is caught advertising domestic U.S.A. they will be banned!

This is your only warning. I do not care if you did not see this message prior to being banned. So pass this message along to one another!

MuscleChemistry.com while legally based off shore, and where the freedom to talk about whatever you like is legal, it is MY Rule that you are not to engage in business transactions through this sites private message sytem. You all have email, use them!

This site like all other sites, is being monitored by law enforcement. We all know that, it goes without saying. I am also positive some of our best or well known members may be embedded law enforcement, and that is ok as well. I am sure we talk to them here day in and day out. They blend in, they are usually well known members.

So think about the things your saying and doing.
 
When I am approached by someone via PM, and I know most of of has, I forward the PM to a site rep.
 
Hahhahaahahahhaahhaah imbedded cops on MC? nope. Maybe an analysts is paid to read the site once a year but an actual coordinated effort of physical LEO on the site monitoring ? No way in my opinion. But rules are rules and as such should be followed. I started a thread about satisfaction of a vendor that should be deleted and I also commented on it in my blog. So please delete.

In the over 16 years we have been on-line, lets see about 4 dozen sites have come and gone, that i know of, and of those few dozen sites i know of at least two that were shut down due to under cover law enforcement members of those sites, the owners of those sites though were selling steroid themselves, so that was just a matter of time lol, but to laugh it off, and say ""NOPE"" is utter ignorance, not to mention disrespectul, and we can deal with the disrespect, it comes with the territory, but the sheer ignorance of your comment is stunning to say the very least.
 
Just to clarify, does this cover legal to sell items, such as SARMs and / or supplements, or only illegal things such as Steroids? Obviously, telling someone to go to a non-sponsor site when a sponsor sells the item in question is in terrible bad form (sponsors should ALWAYS be used when possible). Just curious as to what all is covered, for the edification of all.

Great question and certainly ( not utter ignorance) sponsors of AAS on a site but can not talk about them? Hhhmmmm okadokee! The TOS is being updated...

Why act like a baby, GRU? You gave your opinion. Someone else gave theirs in rebuttal. That's how a message board works. The rest of us get to read both and form our own opinions. My personal opinion is that Presser knows a hell of a lot more than you on this subject and I will proceed accordingly.
 
Doing business through pms such as payment info and such is a very bad idea

and GRU get a fucking clue , or get lost its really that simple!

bro, your not getting it, and maybe it wasnt clear, doing business through pms, as in NO transactions should take place on this sites pm system, no wire info should be exchanged, thats what "doing business through pms" means, not sure how how you got from sending people to non sponsor sites or whatever ya meant, but to clarify, no one should be doing business on this sites pm system. Were talking actual Transactions in pms, wire info, or paypal payment info, all this shit needs to be done in your own emails or your own websites. thats all, and

i dont think i can find one person here who would disagree with this, but if someone here thinks its a good idea to share transaction information over pms here, or share wire payment info and MTCN info then please by all means let me know why thats a good idea

yeah thats what was said, no talking about steroids, lmao moron. Pretty sure most people understand ur a fucking moron if you share payment info and share wire transactions and do Business through pms.

Ok now, that banning idiots has been taken care of, lets keep this bumped, and make sure everyone understands what "doing business through pms" means!

I thought it was pretty self explanatory myself, but maybe it could of been clearer, in any case .......

The Important thing here is to understand its for your own safety and ours! Sure theres a ton of bodybuilding sites out there, and if anyone wants to leave this here cause they arent allowed to do business on our site, then dont lat the door hit you in the ass. MuscleChemistry.com isnt going anywhere, and weve been here over 16 years for good reason, we do our very best to keep everyone safe, and make sure all the BULLSHIT is not done on our site and servers!

Talk about gear, steroids, until your blue in the fucking face, I could care less! Transact a payment in a private message on this site, and your gone!

I know of plenty of sites that allow this type of stuff, and you guys are welcome to spend your time there instead of here.
