Thread: Do not take Nolvadex with Letrozole

Letrozole and nolvadex cannot be used together! Nolvadex lowers the effectiveness of letrozole by 38% through an unknown mechanism. However, I know several competitors who have told me they take both concurrently Bc their "coaches" don't have a clue about drug interactions. Be smart and do your research!

I have been know this. They use same digestive cyp enzymes 450 I think.
This is with lots of things.
It's no different than using lots of drugs Dr's prescribed together.

Adex is affected as well by same cyp enzyme nolva adex and letro all interfere with.

The best bet is Aromasin are just use WHAT u need go be feel!

There is no set dose, dosing depends on aromatase and other things that use same cyp enzymes which are alot more those two!

It's not like most of us use 100% pure letro Pharma grade and the dosing is set period anyway!!!

I rather block with nolva and use less of what kills my lipids.

One day I looked up all meds I take and reactions and interactions with everything at drugs dot ....
All of meds I was on from Dr had moderate reactions due to sharing these cyp enzymes
Only severe and or toxic come with a,warning
They are prescribed by Dr on risk vs needed treatment basis!!
One Lowes affect of other great estro wont crash and kill lipids and nolva still prevents gyno.
This is most important in treatung breast cancer not bodybuilding.

I take nolva 10 mg always and adex of letro.
I done put alot of stuff In my body over 42 years and still do but none of the things I do today or a worry compared....

I've never found a need nor even thought about running the two together! I'm a nolvadex guy though! Works great for me

I use nolva 10mg. MC nolva as good as Astra Zenica.
I use small adex .5mg dose when holding water

I agree. I don't see the point or logic behind this 'brosicience'. Nolva was always PCT. No need during cycle- AI's require (at least for me) small doses - ie Letrozole @ 0.625mg 2x-3x wk.

I use nolva on cycle 10mg a day!!
Ai's mess with insulin sensitivity, and they are very bad on lipids!!!

I no longer pct at all. I am on TRT and blast and cruise!!!

It's not bro-science nolva is and Clomid are for pct not Ai's!!!

And nolva is very affective on cycle as I switched to this approach.
I use mast and proviron with 10mg nolva for estro control!!!
If necessary I use .5 mg @2× a wk on cycle!!

My labs have gotten better and so have my joints, liver always in range lipids good.
