IGF & LGD Cycle

Looking for some experienced advice.
I am setting up my next cycle. I have lifted on and off since I was 16. Never build much size just kept in good shape. Been lifting last few years regularly. I decided to take the next step to try to put on a little size. Diet is 90 - 95% clean.
I'm 5'11, 177 lbs, ~14% bf.
Blood work at first of the month and everything is in good shape.
Total test 925, free test 12.
Was on TRT of 200 mg per week. Now 100 mg per week.
Thinking of adding to my test cyp 100 mg ew:
1 - 6 IGF-1 LR3 20 -30 msg pow
1 - 8 LGD 4033 5 - 10 mg ed
 
If I am correct, I take the IGF post work out and only on the days I work out ( 6 wks). Do I take LGD every day, non work out days (8 wks)?
