As many of you may, or may not, know, I placed an order through a rep for Sciroxx gear. Well, I only got half of what was ordered. Long story short, the then owner of the company, Karl, said he only got half the money, so he only sent what he was paid for, and apparently his rep took the rest of the money by diverting it to another collector. So after going back and forth for months, Karl said that he would make it right and send me a majority of what i was missing. Well, the package has arrived and he sent a majority of what I ordered, just as he said he would. So I'm here, being a man of my word, to say that Karl from Sciroxx made it right by me. I didn't get everything that I paid for, but at the same time, he didn't get all of the money, so the fact that he sent anything to try to make it right, since his rep dropped the ball, is good enough for me. Something is better than nothing, and I appreciate the fact that he sent me what he did.
