Default For older lifters like me who still use

Being 58, I'm having one helluva time retaining body weight, just 8 yrs ago I was 245 now I'm arounnd 205 give or take. I use almost same dose of gear, same anabolics and eat 5-6 times a day. Not shocking my strength has dropped considerably from then which seems to be about the age when older BB's start losing results.

    I assume this normal?

    Are u using hgh??
If not u can go do an Hgh serum and IGF lab work.
Labs are around 55 bucks in most states u can order online.
Not Gonna post the place but it's 100% legal!!
If u low decide if u wanna start replacement dose to a more anti-aging muscle building dose.
Ranges around 2-3iu Pharma to 4-5iu generic high grade.

This prolly would help but it's your choice
It's a way to combat age
    Risks vs benifit are personal.

I am almost mid 40's and I use and it's helped alot. IGF should as well

Your telomeres are shortening and fraying at the ends! That’s what I read in a study I posted here on age related natural atrophy. Of course the study includes the cause and effect relationship between igf and the telomeres length .
