im up to tren 100 eod test p 75 eod and cyp 200 weekly. No sides affects or anything. Should I stay or go up? Also just changed my workout to 3-4 sets 13-15 reps. The past 4 months I’ve been doing 3-5 reps. What do you think?
Be sure it's been over 1 week before going up. I would up tren first.. if u cutting.
I never do eod with tren ace so know I do ed. If u good then upping tren getting to 130 eod a start and prop to 100 eod.
I would keep prop at 100 eod max and shoot for 130-150 tren eod max.
Tren for me at 525mg week just does wonders it's big difference than 350wk for me.
Prop just can't be too high or it starts with irritable and wanting to chase someone who shoots me bird on road...
I would start workout with warm-up then find 5-6 rep max and do 4 sets then do short rest and 6-7 reps with burst sets of 3 designed supersets combining another muscle smaller one between the 3.
Workout 4 days week do burst circuit supersets until muscles done.
45-55 minutes should be plenty...
Monday Chest Bicepts
Tuesday legs Abs
Wed Break because u will need it if u killing it.
Thurs Shoulders Calfs ABs
Friday Back Triceps
More strength will be in arms doing opposite push and pull... they will have break from indirectional work between.
This will allow u to fuel workout non stop after first strength exercise.
Do all exercises approx 5 per muscle worked but changing load and keeping heart going will cut u up at high intensity.
U gotta design it where it works.
After rested strength exercise do large muscle exercise to smaller then different larger exercise rest 30 sec and rail thru 3 burst sets again after 4 have next designed to do 1 smaller muscle 1 larger 1 smaller for example and burst sets of then same...
If u follow kill it!!! Changes will be revealed as u hype yourself to push harder and harder each work out.
Use tren for it's look and it's aggression to become a beast!! Changes come from pushing harder and harder the high intensity will allow cardio will muscle getting wacked!!
