My 1yr Experiment with AAS and other PEDs

Been lifting and training athletics since I was 16 years old. Never was really into getting big. By the time I was 19 was an amateur kick boxer and MMA fighter, naturally staying lean was the name of the game. By the time I was 22 mounting joint and neurological injuries encouraged me to change lifestyles. The next couple years I mainly trained endurance, like long distance biking swimming and running. I did power lifting 1-2 times a week and twice a month trained Olympic lifting. I was 185lbs and had a visible six pack running about 56 miles a week.
I suffered multiple 3rd ankle sprains over a 12 month period that left my left ankle with 4 separate 50% tears in the ligaments of the ankle.
After over 4 long years of rehabbing my ankle and rebuilding my strength and endurance I’m back at the top of my game. For years I’ve researched PEDs and AAS, and now that I’m nearing 30 and am in great health, I will be doing my own experiment
in performance enhancement.
The first 15 weeks will be a pretty standard Test is best first cycle. I debated over how to approach my first cycle. High Test 500mg + or low test 250mg a wk?
I Settled on 350 mg a wk Test P wks 1-8 and 9-12 @ 700mg a wk. This way I get the best of both worlds, a starting point high enough to achieve results and then after 2 months, doubling the dose for one month to experience high Test. I want to try this to see how my body responds to high Test levels and estrogen conversion. In addition I’ll be able to see how I’ll fare with ED IM Injections for the latter part of the experiment.
Wks 16-29 will be Off Cycle. This is a good time to mention a big part of this year is to increase my strength on 7 compound lifts; Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Standing O.H. Press, Bend Over Row, Bar Dips, and Pull Ups. The whole years training format will be full body 3 days a wk. Ex. Mon= Squat, Pull Up, Bar Dip
Weds.=Bent Over Row, Bench, Deadlift
Fri.= Squat, Standing O.H. Press, Pull Up
Tues run 5k, Thurs run 5k, and Sat run 15k


The second cycle will not be set in stone but I want to try Mast and EQ. The last part of the experiment is 14 wks 500mg Test E 600mg EQ with a 4 wk Dbol kickstart. The last 6 weeks will be Test P 350mg Mast P 700mg.


Goal= gain at least 15-25lbs lean muscle mass over a year and at the end of the experiment be the lean hard and grainy. Also increasing my strength and efficiency in the 7 compound lifts I trained.

Been lifting and training athletics since I was 16 years old. Never was really into getting big. By the time I was 19 was an amateur kick boxer and MMA fighter, naturally staying lean was the name of the game. By the time I was 22 mounting joint and neurological injuries encouraged me to change lifestyles. The next couple years I mainly trained endurance, like long distance biking swimming and running. I did power lifting 1-2 times a week and twice a month trained Olympic lifting. I was 185lbs and had a visible six pack running about 56 miles a week.
I suffered multiple 3rd ankle sprains over a 12 month period that left my left ankle with 4 separate 50% tears in the ligaments of the ankle.
After over 4 long years of rehabbing my ankle and rebuilding my strength and endurance I’m back at the top of my game. For years I’ve researched PEDs and AAS, and now that I’m nearing 30 and am in great health, I will be doing my own experiment
in performance enhancement.
The first 15 weeks will be a pretty standard Test is best first cycle. I debated over how to approach my first cycle. High Test 500mg + or low test 250mg a wk?
I Settled on 350 mg a wk Test P wks 1-8 and 9-12 @ 700mg a wk. This way I get the best of both worlds, a starting point high enough to achieve results and then after 2 months, doubling the dose for one month to experience high Test. I want to try this to see how my body responds to high Test levels and estrogen conversion. In addition I’ll be able to see how I’ll fare with ED IM Injections for the latter part of the experiment.
Wks 16-29 will be Off Cycle. This is a good time to mention a big part of this year is to increase my strength on 7 compound lifts; Squat, Deadlift, Bench, Standing O.H. Press, Bend Over Row, Bar Dips, and Pull Ups. The whole years training format will be full body 3 days a wk. Ex. Mon= Squat, Pull Up, Bar Dip
Weds.=Bent Over Row, Bench, Deadlift
Fri.= Squat, Standing O.H. Press, Pull Up
Tues run 5k, Thurs run 5k, and Sat run 15k


The second cycle will not be set in stone but I want to try Mast and EQ. The last part of the experiment is 14 wks 500mg Test E 600mg EQ with a 4 wk Dbol kickstart. The last 6 weeks will be Test P 350mg Mast P 700mg.


Goal= gain at least 15-25lbs lean muscle mass over a year and at the end of the experiment be the lean hard and grainy. Also increasing my strength and efficiency in the 7 compound lifts I trained.

That’s a well thought out plan. You def did your research.

The 4 week kickstart of DBol with your Test/EQ cycle seems out of place. You might want to pick a different oral (TBol would be a good pick or winstrol or anavar) or forego the oral and just wait for the injectables to kick in.

DBol would cause bloat and water weight. You’re running a lot. It’d be like running with a 20 pound vest on.
