Default More on Choline, inositol, methionine

    Snagged more on this stuff.
After extensive research of fat metabolism in relation to essential and non-essential micronutrients, what developed was a top fat burning supplement that’s a major multi-tasker. This product not only improves metabolism and burns fat, *but also helps…

    Balance female hormones
Reduce cravings Regulate blood sugar Detoxify the liver Lower harmful LDL cholesterol
    Improve energy utilization
    Aid digestion

Would you like to know how it works?**Read on!

    The Lipotropic Trio

Three pillars of weight loss and overall health were selected for their impressive array of benefits, both individually and synergistically.

The lipotropic trio of*choline,*inositol and*methionine*has the amazing power to reduce cellulite and convert estradiol, the form of estrogen with the greatest cancer-causing potential into estriol, a safer form of the hormone.

The therapeutic daily recommendation of at least 500 mg of each nutrient has proved effective for each of the following super-star abilities:

    Choline:

Nourishes our nervous systemImproves memoryIs essential for fat metabolism in the liverPromotes the production of lecithin within our own bodies.Lowers LDL while increasing HDL for improved cholesterol levelsAids in overcoming uterine fibroids, fibrocystic breast syndrome, endometriosis and breast and endometrial cancers

    Inositol:

Relaxes nerve tensionEncourages sound sleepAlleviates depressionImproves symptoms of Alzheimer’s diseaseReduces pain associated with diabetic neuropathy

    Methionine:

Helps elevate moodEffective against hepatitis and cirrhosis of the liverAnti InflammatoryDecreases joint pain and promotes joint healing in osteoarthritis patientsReduces symptoms of Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue

In combination with*Lipase*(a powerful fat digesting enzyme),*Chromium*(a blood sugar-balancing & anti-aging mineral) and*L-carnitine(which transfers fatty acids into mitochondria to be burned for energy), the Weight Loss Formula utilizes niacin, vitamin B6 and vitamin C to increase fat burning, relieve PMS symptoms, reduce water retention and even improve skin’s appearance!

The detoxifying blend of turmeric root, dandelion root, Oregon grape root and milk thistle seed complete the formula by nourishing the liver and providing appetite control by balancing blood sugar and reducing cravings.

I've been reading about choline since it's mentioned a lot on nootropic forums. All you need is eggs to get a decent dose of choline.
