How to make Arimidex liquid ????????

Hey bros',
I have some Arimidex powder. What's the best way to take this? Should I make a liquid suspension with it (like liquidex)? If so how?
Also I have Cialis, Clomid and Dbol powder. What is the best way to take this stuff? Should I put it in capsules or put in a liquid , etc. , Any ideas?
