I heard testE is needed about 2weeks to get rid of the extra water from your body.
testP also 5days.
Is it true? If so, I need to stop testE 2weeks before a competition?

You need to fix that before you stop. It’s not like steroids just HAVE TO come with water retention until you stop taking them. Honestly it sounds like you haven’t put much research into this before you did it. Try cranberry or an over the counter dietetic.

I think you mean "diuretic." Caffeine also works well.

Using a small dosage of an AI and watching your diet can really help avoid most bloating.
