What body part do you least train, by no direct targeting movements?

What body part do you least train, by no direct targeting movements?

Just curious on who else slacks in some areas?!?!

For myself lower back and forearms.. Meh, abs too...

I dont do my abs as often as i know i should. Theyre naturally there so i always slack off on them, and i know they could be so much better especially the obliques area
 
Due to back and knee injuries, I haven't done legs hard in years. Nerve and Muscle damage as well.
 
​Abs and lower back. I physically can't do abs without excruciating cramps. And yes I've tried everything you're about to recommend lol.
 
The last two years I have been training every body part with intensity and I don't feel like I'm neglecting much of anything.
 
I haven't done traps directly for some time since there's a lot of movements that I do now that reach them. I also should do abs more.
 
I don't enjoy training Bi's. Never have, just have to do it anyway. Love Tri's so figure that one out. LOL
