So have used clen before Doing the 20 µg and then pyramiding up to 100 µg but I never really liked it above 20 µg because I would see trembling and my heart rate would be so high that cardio was extremely difficult for me.

And I know a lot of people will recommend doing that pyramid but I really like 20 µg also didn’t like the whole two weeks on two weeks off blah blah blah so I just stuck with 20 indefinitely (8 weeks total) and I started doing gw501516 at 20 mg a day also for eight weeks and my fat loss experience was quite pronounced I know that GW by itself after about two weeks seems to really start pairing off some fat and I was doing a decent amount of cardio but other than those two substances I wasn’t taking anything else other than my TR Dose. It definitely made a profound difference on my body fat My stamina was a lot higher I was able to do marathons that’s without any real problem even on a calorie deficiency and I was able to run 5 miles not every single day because I just don’t like running but I do run about 2 miles each days some days i go more.

my times on how long it took for me to do a mile decrease pretty dramatic as GW 50 was in my system for longer you feel it or at least I feel it within a day or two of taking it but it’s just the stamina is amazing now, clen after about two weeks even at a low-dose I still kind of feel tired I know that this would typically have been the point where you would up the dose a little bit well I mean most people would do it after work three days but again like I said I just like sticking with that 20 µg. So, I do and I have done a low dose of caffeine but 100 mg to about 200 mg a day typical pre-work out I’ve been using Mr. Hyde I really like the taste of it is relatively solid pre-work out I know there’s better out there I’ve used a couple over the years but that was the one that I had got for free so can’t complain.

over the course of eight weeks I got significantly leaner I was about 18% body fat according to my coach know I’m not like bodybuilding I just wanted a little bit more direction in terms of getting back in the shape because Covid not going to the gym just poor dieting and stuff and a lot of stress from losing my job and all that other bullshit it got to me a really got out of shape at least by my standards typically i hover around 12% so being upwards of 24% or so at the worst in march was a low for me.

Starting to get a little bit fatter for me happened before the whole Covid thing because of stress and just not having the time that I wanted to train right or eat right and it was more of an excuse but that’s what happened I started getting out of shape than when Cove it happened it was just so much easier to completely self destruct because there was just so much going on at the time and the uncertainty of my financial future was insane. I started doing GW and Clen after I got down to about 18 I think it was actually 17.3% but my coach said to start it I am actually 30 years. Should throw that in coach got me on trt I’ve done cycle prior maybe over did them when i was a bit younger but here we are

so after the 8 weeks of clen and gw50 I’m down at 12.7% currently this is. Gw and clen helped a lot I’m currently taking a few weeks off from them and looking to do either sarmabolone or lgd3303 injection along with my trt never used sarmab but lgd3303 is fantastic dry lean gains it’s similar to anavar from my previous experience.

i have actually considered doing anavar as well im honestly not sure if sarms have any liver toxicity there seems to be some mixed information on this but mostly from users rather than any clinicals I’ve seen.

Anyhoo, I basically posted this for anyone who used clen and hated it But like me still had some around and was limited on funds. Clen is decent at low dosages from 10-20 Micrograms (10 to 20 µg) Breathing is enhanced, decent stimulation and lower appetite it’s similar to a normal dose of ephedrine at least from my perspective. If you can tolerate more then do what suits you but I definitely love it best at low dosages lower sides. This stack was quite effective for me my diet wasn’t 100% strict like i had cheat meals once a week (never exceeding calories needed to stay deficient) sometimes my cheat was a can of mountain dew or more so sweet tea i love that shit it’s like crack to me lol

All in all i will use this again maybe even during a lean bulk to ward off fat plus the endurance alone with better lipids us fantastic
