Good upper body development, decent base. You have the same problem I had, your tall and have long thin legs. Blast the hell out them with high weight, low reps. What is your age and how long have you been training?

i'm 28. been training for years. but went through a time where i didn't do shit. but have been training hard for the last 3 years. i do kill my legs in the gym. i think my brother got all the good leg genes. any suggestions for traps. they also seem to be a problem for me.

When do you do traps? I do them after shoulders. 3 sets benhind the back straight bar shrugs, 3 sets upright rows, 3 sets seated dumbell shrugs. As heavy as good form allows, for low reps.

my routine is the same with shoulders although for straight bar i never did them behind the back. maybe i'll give it a shot.

for shrugs I'll also do one handed shrugs on the Smith machine since our dumbells only go to 150 and that just ain't enough. Try that with three plates either side......lol

Elemental,

I think your focus should be on nutrition. If you've been training for years, you likely know that you have to be a absolute animal in the gym. You have to be an animal when it comes to food, too.

You look to be an "ectomorphic" (hate those athropometric categories - psychologically limiting for many, but descriptive nonetheless), you need to eat your ASS off (and wash it down with a glass of whole milk).

No screwing around: 400 g protein / day
Eat 6 x/ day on the clock: 7-800 kcal / meal (4200+ / day - I'm assuming you're around 200 - 220 lb)
Train heavy with basics: SQUATs and DEAD's will bring up your legs and traps.
