My PC cam sucks ass and the pics are horrible so I'm just going to log my info down to keep track.

I haven't really lifted for three months and my diet has consisted of 2 to 3 meals per day with it containing no protein.

Height: 6'
Weight: 161lbs
Waiste: 32.5"
Chest: 40"
Arms: 13.5"
Forearms: 11"
Quads: 20"
Calves: 15"

Goal: To reach 175-180lb by Spring of next year.

Need to eat more!

Looks like you are primed for some serious progress! You should start a journal in the journals subforum, once you formulate a plan!
 
BTW, I think BFL would work really well for you, especially if you adjust your carbs upward (maybe double, especially on meals 1-4, and maybe cut them meals 5 & 6... and maybe more than double on your post workout carbs!

I'm going to talk with footballcat and see if he can help me with my dieting. I'm shooting for 200g of protein per day which shouldn't be too hard.

I've been out of the gym phase for so long I've forgot a lot but I'm sure everything will pick back up.

I read the article in either this or last month's Flex about carbs and protein, how much to take before, during and after lifting so I'm going to apply that, too.

you gotsta eat more bro. i was down around that weight last year after a digestive problem but i'm back up to 200. hit the weights 5 days a week and eat lotsa meat.
 
kinda like taking a bite out of the heart from your first deer, aye? my dad made me do that when i was 12. gutted my deer for me, handed me the still 98 degree heart, and said i had to take a bite out of it. boy was i a dummy...
