For me that area only gets tight from diuretics. That's where I hold all my water. I'm pretty lean, but I still have it even now. Maybe a mild daily diuretic like dandelion root?

I will try anything. How often do you take it? Do you change your water intake when on it?

I am the same way as The Dude and yourself. If you take a close look at my pic you can see it. I hold every bit of my water there and have never figured out how to remove it. Maybe I'll try it as well....

I always thought the extra fat in this area was the body's way of regulating the temperature of your kidneys and therefore very difficult to get rid of.

Have you tried GW-501515? I'll be adding it into my stack towards the end of my cycle. Here's a little read on it, if you haven't already heard of it:

GW-501516 hailed as a potential cure for obesity plus helps retain lean mass

GW-501516 (GW1516, Endurobol or GSK-516) acts as a PPAR-β modulator. GW 501516 activates AMP-activated protein kinase and stimulates glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue, and GW-501516 has been demonstrated to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation. It has been proposed as a potential treatment for obesity and related conditions, especially when used in conjunction with a synergistic compound AICAR, as the combination has been shown to significantly increase exercise endurance in animal studies.

    • Rapid fat loss and diabetes reversal seen in recent studies
    • Easy to dose oral PPAR-β modulator
    • Agitate bottle before each administration
    • Not for human consumption

GW50156 regulates fat burning through a number of mechanisms. It increases glucose uptake in skeletal muscle tissue and increases muscle gene expression, especially genes involved in preferential lipid utilization. This shift changes the body's metabolism to favor burning fat for energy instead of carbohydrates or muscle protein, potentially allowing clinical application for obese patients to lose fat effectively without experiencing muscle catabolism or the effects and satiety issues associated with low blood sugar. GW-501516 also increases muscle mass, which improved glucose tolerance and reduced fat mass accumulation even in mice fed a very high fat diet, suggesting that GW-501516 may have a protective effect against obesity.
It has been demonstrated at an oral doses of just 5 mg a day to reverse metabolic abnormalities in obese men with pre-diabetic metabolic syndrome, most likely by stimulating fatty acid oxidation. Treatments with GW-501516 have been also shown to increase HDL cholesterol by up to 79% in rhesus monkeys and the compound is now undergoing Phase II trials to improve HDL cholesterol.

I would think you could try and add a little more muscle and fill out some. Just a suggestion.
