ok guys got the word on friday my show was put off because of the storm. came off my diet after talking to skip friday night. I shitloaded all night and then got back on the diet sat morrning because they were going to try and have my show the following sat. well the shitload put a LOT of water on my because I keep the water in and even have some diet soda so I was holding a lot of water about monday. well tuesday came and I got word there would be no show. the water was starting to come back off at this point but it didnt matter because there was no show. so off to eat I went. I didnt even think about taking any pics; so this were taken last wed night after comming back off my diet. so I am holding a TON of water body weight is about 235. no legs because I didnt have anything on under the pants because I didnt plan on takeing pics..

WWM/Pumped - Good job on the contest prep. The assistance you got from Skip combined with what you learned about how your body reacts to things should really help you out for your next pre-contest plan.

thanks bro I am thinking about the bodyrock or the state but I seen where the state is going to be up north this year so I am waiting on the dates of it. I know the bodyrock in july 10th.

after watching your hard work day in and day out, I feel for you, bro. It is hard to tell if you are holding any water because the pics are bit grainy. However, you seem to look very good from what I can see.

Pat K will be helping to promote the State show with Matt Duval. He thought that it would be in late May or early June up around the Fairfax area. I don't think that they have the details nailed down yet.

Actually I'll miss having the show promoted by Eric and his partner. They ran a good show.
