Me pre cycle 155lbs - sad sight....ugh...lol

Hopefully embarrassing myself on here will give me some motivation. lmao! I will say at one point naturally I was about 190-195lbs with about 12%bf. I lost all motivation to do anything and wasted away years of hard work.I'm in the rebuilding stage now.

I'm currently 5'9 185lbs 10.5%bf.

Goal: 205-215lbs 7-8%bf

4 Post cycle +30lbs about 6 months ago. I look a little bigger, and leaner now I think.

Good base to start with most people are much higher in bf% so you are already at a very good starting point. Your shoulders arms and chest definately improved post cycle back is wider also. Not that I have any room to talk hit the cardio to lean up more.
 
there is always room for improvent you are currntely better than a lot of people and you shoudln't let the way you look bother you or distract you (cuz u are one ugly Mof LOl) but seroiusly when i started a year ago i was 250 lbs and my gut roolled on itself a lot of times when i sat down i'ma taller now (nothing to do with wroking out )lol and this summer (my best ever )in a time of about 9 months of hard wrok out and some creatine i was 205 with a six pack the example means u might shock your self if u keep at it i certianly have .

Ah, I got a ways to go. Its very disappointing when at one point you looked better naturally then while cycling. lol.

But...I will say AS helped me get off of some nasty prescription drugs. Those things can screw up a lot of stuff as shown here. lol.

I look better currently then those pics. At the end of my current cycle I'll throw some new ones up. Hopefully I'll be quite pleased and ya'll will be surprised.. :)

well i am not gonna sugar coat it but the before pics look like you didnt even workout...i hate when people do shit like that......NOW u have a decent base WITH aas ...but you could have had a Good start on a GREAT body had you decided to workout again b4 you started to cycle....muscle memory is a wonderful thing (if you worked out like you said prior) ...also..your bf percentage is more like 14-15% the whole time....but again...

not tippin on ya, atleast you are in the gym now....but ask yourself this...would i be in the gym right now...everyday without AS??
 
I see your points dedprez and I agree with all of them including the part about me looking like I never worked out. lol.

I should have waited but I didn't...AS did give me more motivation to get back in the gym....but I started working out prior to starting my cycle.

Just a background - I abused pain pills very badly. To the point of not wanting to live through the withdrawals. I hardly ate...didn't touch the weights for at least 5 months I would say. I was tested at about 11%bf @ 185-190lbs before starting the pills....afterwords 155lbs and higher bf all in about 5 months.
Its pretty crazy now that I think about it....everyone said that I looked like shit....way too skinny etc. They probably thought I was doing crack or something. oh well. I'm happier now not being addicted. AS did have a hand in getting me away from that.

....and to answer your question....I do go to the gym without AS. I continue to work out and grow without AS. I've proven this point as these pictures are at least 7 months old.
