i used to train with ahmad haidar back in the 99 ..and i tell u .he will do well in 2004..and i hope ill do well too..
but not as a pro : )

Skip, this recurring theme is something to make note of to your therapist... LOL.

Yep, Benfatto was pretty impressive. I have seen pics (can't remember where) when he was actually holding a good amount of size and he looked friggin' amazing. The lines were still intact and his muscle bellies were ridiculous.

Flawless - is there a french amateur organization, or is it all Euro now?..
