Not sure what your diet looks like but if you cleaned that up and hit cardio 3 times a week you would notice a big difference. You have a frame to hold some good weight but you need to shed some of the winter coat bro. Looking good. Give the diet and cardio a serious shot for a month and you will see some great changes.
 
OK. Here is what I think.

You probably already know this, but you are carrying a high BF%. Now in the winter I go a little higher in bf, but I'm not sure if your is just from the winter or not. So, if it is just from the winter, don't worry about it.... do your thing in the spring. If it isn't, then I suggest you cut hard a little while after you are done bulking. It will make you look bigger and much better.

Could just be the bodyfat levels, but I would say you should add some more shaping exercises to your routine.... Get a better peak on your arms and get some better shape on the pecs.

Keep us updated, and maybe try to get some full body pics. That way it is easier to help you.

You are carrying some body fat but it is winter. I turn into a fat slob over the winter time. Right now it the perfect time for you to pack on some mass. Don't go crazy and let the fat get out of control but maybe worry about that a little later. I would be eating and training for mass right now. It looks like your arms are coming along but your chest and lats may be lagging. I would work on core lifts like deads, bench (I can't see your legs) squats and try to put on as much mass as possible for the next couple months then hit the diet and tighten up.
 
245-250.... it vary's depending on if I cut my toenails.....

I have never made tren should I try that?

I took the mexipharm tren for a week and was in an arguement and ripped a couple of pictures off the wall so I stopped for a while. I am on my own now and have nothing in the way to block the pin from the buttock What should I go for. Pretend that those pics are you what would you take?
 
I would go simple. I still keep it simple as possible.
Maybe dbol/test or dbol/test/deca.
I don't know your cycle history so I don't know to suggest for dosages.
Probably
1-6 dbol 35mg/day
1-12 test 500-750mg/week
1-12 deca 400mg/week
 
I agree with everyone for the most part on continuing to bulk, however, I think you should clean up your diet (if you haven't already). What I am saying is try for CLEAN bulk. Cut out fried foods, fast food, get off regular peanut butter and get some natural peanut butter, change over to skim milk, eat more baked chicken and fish, veggies, fruits (apples/pears). Use protein shakes or bars as fillers instead of snickers and butterfingers.

1-4(5) dbol 30-35mg ED
1-12 test enan 625mg
1-12 deca 400mg

With those items and a fairly clean diet you should be able to gain some quality mass, while limiting the fat gain.

I was able to get my hands on some Tren and Masteron so I am going to incorporate them into my cycle.

Deca (400mg) week 1-16
Enth (500mg) week 1-16
Masteron (300mg) week 3-16
Tren (300mg) week 3-16
Winny (200mg) week 8-16
Primo (200mg) week 11-16
Lqdx .5ml ed
Hcg & Clomid at end of the cycle
Might add clen throughout the cycle

Should I run 500mg of sus250 rather than qv enth 250?

I have been cleaning up my diet and limiting my carbs. What do you guys think?
 
Bro....If you haven't already bought the primo I would say drop it from your cycle. At 200mg EW you're not going to get much results and I'm sure you'll save yourself a bit of cash.

Also running deca and tren together could cause progesterone induced gyno. Its generally avoided. Maybe switch out the deca for some EQ.

Also the success of a cycle isn't based on the amount of drugs that you have...it's your diet, training intensity, and dedication.

I would run it like this:
Test Enanth 500mg EW 1-16
EQ 400mg EW 1-16
Tren 300mg EW 4-16
Masteron 300mg 4-16 (Or winny 40-50mg ED 8-16)

With proper anti-e's of course.
