Hi this is me after 1 year training and as soon as my shoulder gets ok i'll start my cycle

Keep hittin the weights. Doing good so far. What type of mass building excercises do you do (ie. squats, deads, presses)? What type of supplement regime are you on? What will your cycle consist of?
 
I would have problems setting up my program in english so im going to drop that.
But i have only used Proteinpowder and som carbo.

My cysle going to be

Week 1-4 dbol 40mg ed
Week 1-10 sust 500 mg ew
Week 1-5 Quick acting deca 1/2ml, 250/ml eod
Week 6-10 deca 300-400 mg ew
Week 9-13 winstrol 50mg ed
Week 13-16 PCT
