hey guys. this was taken about 3 weeks ago. i am 5'7 230 in the pics. i am working with dpsquat this year so i hope ill be on when the time comes.

OK, here is some updated pics. I am now 11 weeks out and sitting at 219. i dont know where ill come down to, but prob between 198-205, at least im hoping, if u have a diff weight, let me know what u think.

dpsquat, i think i may be allergic to flax oil. since i started i have had a terrible cough and sinus infection, and i havent been sick in about 12 years. So i started substituting the flax for canola oil for a few days to see if it clears up. then ill try it again and see if the same happens. let me know if u want me using another fat source.

When i got ur diet at 13 out, 2 weeks ago, i weighed 223. like i said know 219.

You are dialing in just right. At 11 weeks out if I am reading this correctly your abs are starting to come in, hell I even see some straitions on your outer quads in that last pic. You have some serious mass there and supporting some good lines. You are gonna clean house if you keep at this pace.

What is your goal weight with the water drop included? Have you competed before? Have you put together a routine yet?
 
im not sure what wgt ill come in. not really worried about it. i did a show last year and f-ed it up the last few weeks and weighed in at 171! i hope to be around 198, but dont know.

i dont have a routine yet. i am so busy with work, school, and just got 2 dogs im trying to house train. ill come up with something though.

diet, i am working with dpsquat on, which i pay for, so i will be vague with it. protien is about 400g, carbs are roughly 170 from complex sources of oatmeal and red potatos. 30 more grams come from green bean. only green beans in last 2 meals after post workout shake. i guess the cals to be around 3,000.

training is
mon-chest, tris(only 3-4 sets)
tues-back,bis(only 3-4 sets)
weds.-off
thurs-shoulders, calves
fri-legs
sat-arms
sun off

cardio, 3 days for 40 minutes a session.

i have changed the routine a few times, ie, seperating quads and hams on fri & sat; and taking out the arm day out and starting cycle over. but this seems to work best for me.

the pictures dont do you justice i c him in the gym and you are on the right path so stay clear from negative thoughts and let the good times roll and good things will happen......your waist is so much smaller this year that i think your lines are going to be improved so keep up the hard work .........e-mail me i have something you want .........
