I was off aas and training 8 months started back 2 weeks and 1 day ago. It's 2/11/04. I know I have ways to go but am only 2 weeks into cycle lots post I never have full body shots well here is close.
I am posting for inspiration and keep a log of my progress need to lose a bit of fat on tummy and add some beef here is me unpumped @245lbs 6'1".

yes I need to learn to pose better also, any tips?

I know what I need to do to get where I want to be and its a lot of work ahead.
I will keep updates every few weeks want to peak in July maybe even enter a contest if all ducks fall into place and no serious injuries.

I do hold gains that one thing never had to use gh or fancy drugs. I can't begin to tell ya some bad habbits I had in my 8 months off days without eating..

I was getting a belly and my jeans were a constant reminder to get ready for spring.

partial tear of one of 4 rotator cuff muscles and 3 bulged disks and bone spurs cutting off much of my nerves to shoulders.

I was also burn't out bad.
 
Uh, DG, 6'1" and 245 ain't skinny my man. You got lots of muscle and if you are just getting back into the grove, shit bro you'll be a monster!
 
thanks bro hope to add about 20lbs and get more solid by July should not be to hard only 3 weeks into cycle and lifting already.

I plan on running it hard about 6 months.
