1 cup rice

meal4 3:30 pm
7oz beef
1 cup rice or 4 to 6 oz potato

work out 4:30pm

meal5 6:00pm or right after workout
shake in apple juice

meal6 8:30pm
7 oz chicken
brocklie or salad

meal7 11:00
8 to 10 egg whites or nighttime shake
