Well fellow board members, I dont know if I ever posted any pics of myself on the site when I was in half way decent shape. These are after a rotator cuff repair and about a year and a half of being lazy and making excuses about my "poor shoulder". Well the time has come to crank it back into gear. I'll post more after noticeable progress has been made. Starting stats are 5'6'', 198 and about 17% bf
