Here are some pictures of me on my 12th day hitting it hard in the gym, after maintaining for the past 2 years. I have a long way to go, but I am pleased so far. Let me know what ya'll think. Give me another 2-3 weeks before I post my leg shots. They're slowly coming along.
 
Wow- great progress- thick back, good diet of traps, and abs look good for only maintaining.. What are your goals?
 
Bulk up another 20 lbs, lean out a little bit more, hell maybe one day doing a show. Forgive the poses, first time posing. Still not sure how to optimize the fullest potential of my muscles. Thanks for the compliments btw.

The posing is easy we can fix that...Keep up the good work!

use less oil next time for the pics...otherwise MDTNT and DW and flex will try and make you there boy slip and slide...other then that you look good bud...what supps and diet you using
 
Your not all there IP, LOL. My diet consist of eating as much and as often as I can. I have a very fast metabolism, always have. I really don't watch what I eat, I like food to much. The only thing that I stay away from is soda. I maybe drink a six pack of soda in a year, if that. I used to very skinny (170lbs. on a 6'5" frame). I am drinking 3-4 protein shakes/day. Other than that, just busting ass in the gym. BTW thanks for the crisco! It really shined me up LOL!!

Thanks for the replies. Sorry I haven't been around. I was in Kentucky all last week. I will however, be around this week to bother most of you. See ya later.
