I figured I post who I was before I started posting. I've been looking for a new board to hang out at, going to check this one out for a while.

218 (7/6/05)

these pics are from 4 1/2 weeks ago after I diet for the first time. pics are at 197 down from 217-220. I decided after looking at myself i need to add a lot more thickness.

Well Iron Animal, we can't all have a physique like you. I saw you're updated "bulker" pictures and that's one sweet round jelly belly you got goin on. You must have packed on a solid 20 pounds of pure lard in the past 2 months. Do you train specifically to develope your huge stretch marks or is that just genetic?

Can we get rid of this guy yet?
 
what is wrong with the guy man...oh i know why..something called jealousy,..you are one lousy guy iron f***....get your life straight,,,,you need more than mental help
