    Default New to the board....

Whats up bros..... I am trying to get in shape. I have been at this for about 4 years. Im looking to put on some size. Im looking to be around 225. Im haveing a real problem breaking 210. Im currently finishing up a sust250 decca winny cycle. Looking for some advice on the next level. For me its been a long road I was in a motorcycle accident and lost most 80% mobilty and all the strength. It taken me near 3 years to get it back... Ok guys glad to be here. I took a peek at this site in 2003 but never came back untill today when they sent me a birthday e-mail.. That was cool
