Thats a job well done there DB, Im sure youre going to come in to that comp looking great. Im 216 right now and getting ready for a comp thats 12 weeks away. Its going to be my first so Im hoping i do alright.

Ouch.. did that a few years back.. I just about killed myself. I ended up at the top of the middles but lost a lot of muscle but I know Trop can dial you in. Hang in there....
