Like I said in the members pic forum, i'd post all my pics in here. I paid my dues for dieting down and cardio hell. Tomorrow I start with tweaking my upper body to match my lower half... woo!

Third girl in:

I lost a total of 65 lbs and feel great--- of course i gained like 20 since Saturday! haha, but im addicted to this sport, all those months of hard work was worth my 5 minutes of stepping on stage!

wow the last image was the old you, what a difference, im impressed with ur dedication, takes a different type of person altogether to pulkl that type of dieting off!

where was that show exactly? im in jersey

I plan on it! I'm actually back to the gym tomorrow. I already have my next show picked out. Lehigh Valley will see a much improved Karen

The Lehigh Valley is an Ok show. I won it back in May.
The competition is not all to great.
I would do that show and maybe the Atlantic states or PA state

I went to the PA's this year - my bro won his class there. nice show. I'd like to get 2 in , we'll see what happens!

Wow Karen, awesome job you look sooo beautiful on stage. Losing 65lbs and competing in that kind of shape is amazing. Congrats!!!
