OK I said I would post a pic and this is all I could find so I didn't want to go back on my word. this is me at about 218, I'm 6'2", I have no idea what my BF% was a the time but keep in mind I'm cold in this shot and coming off of a severely sprained ankle(thanks Winstrol!)

I cropped my face out but left my sexy smile in for Presser :)

Thanks bud. I'm a little more muscular at the moment but not as lean, trying to get myself motivated so I figured if I post a pic and announce it, i better do it! Headed to the gym in a few minutes!!!

Pretty big dude! What are you weighin now? Damn, I wish I had that height. Even at 6'0" I would be fine. I'm barely hittin 5'8" and get 5'7" sometimes when I get measured.

thanks but I'm nowhere near this shape now. I was somewhere between 215 - 218 was my all time heaviest, I think I was probably pretty bloated at the time.
 
and unfortunately my crutch in the background was because I had been on Winny going into an adventure race and tore up my ankle pretty bad. Finished the race with torn ligaments in my ankle and still took first though ;) more proud of that medal than all of my marathons combined
 
nice bro that takes determination big time. i was gonna ask you about that crutch you sure got a perty mouth.
 
This is the first time I came across this Mikey, I mustve missed it when you posted it. I think it when I was workin a lot. Lookin' good bud!
 
thanks bro, I need to take some new pics as soon as I cut up a little. I was thinking about it and I think I may have been wrong about my weight in this pic, I looked at an old journal that has me weighing in at 202 a week before this pic was taken.

the ones you can see in this pic are old tats I got years ago, I've got 2 sharks in a circle I designed in college and I have a dragon design on my other arm/shoulder. I've got an egyptian scarab on the back of my neck below my shoulder line and I added the eye of Ra just above that
