damn you're lean, why are you going to cut for another 5 1/2 weeks? are you training for something??? at your age and current BF% (which has to be in the single digits) I wouldn't recommend it bro. I'm not sure what you're on but I don't recommend that you keep cutting, it's just not healthy no matter what you're on.
 
my man , im flexing hard core in those shots .... not all those veins are there 24/7 ...and i def jhave some to grab onto imy lower waist ... I eat ~ 2700 cals a day , Nothing seious man ..... Just a little recompto get rid of the lower ab fat and the chest fat so gyno wont be accumulating but hopefully i'll get my order in soon so i can take care of tht end easier
 
understood but I still don't understand why you're cutting for another 5 1/2 weeks bro??? didn't I read in another post that you're on T3 as well? Not flaming you but in this post you talk about how active you are and at your age T3 really isn't something you should be messing with. It's not healthy for anyone to cut for long periods of time and once you hit single digit bodyfat you shouldn't stay that low for too long. Just looking out for your health bro. Be safe.
 
I definatly appreciate a bros concern for my health and wellness.... My knowledge of the human body is far more extensive then an avg ~19~ y/o ... The t-3 cycle was only 8 weeks and I am on my second week of the "rebound" and I have taken care of my diet to some degree.... I took a couple weeks off with a mantainance high carb diet and now i am gettin back in for a little. I have been reading about the "science of body building"for about 3 years now and I am accually going to take the test to become a personal trainer soon. Thanks again for the concern bu I wouldnt do anything drastic to harm myself my mind or my body ;-)
 
good guess would be....

3-5%.......I was 7% and wasn't that lean......looks good bro. I hate you! LOL....I agree though.....too lean....too long can cause some serious issues...besides McDonald's needs love too!
