this is not my first show, ive done a few. 2 in the begining of the year. For next year i think im going to hire a trainer and possibly look into surgery for my lower abs.
my big weakness besides my lagging calves is my tummy. i used to be 315, and the skin thats there is slowly snapping back, but very slowly
