These last 6 months have gone by pretty fast. I started working out at the end of April at 6'3 218 lbs. Did One cycle of IGF in June for about 6 weeks. Now i'm 208 lbs, and around 11% bodyfat.

Now i'm just waiting for my IGF to come in the mail so I can start a cycle.

My goal is to get down to 8% body fat and have all the veins in my shoulders pop out when i'm working out. And I would be happy if I stay above 200 lbs.

yes, since the last few months I am getting really really slow results, but im getting leaner by the month so im happy.

Great results after what I'm sure was some hard work! Tell us how you did it man. What's your diet and routine like? Again, good shit and you should be at 8% in no time.

strength wise, I would say stronger. But when i'm in the gym I don't worry about how much weight I can put up because ill just screw up my joints and injure myself. I just focus more on the formation, and squeezing.

Diet
meal 1: 5 Egg beaters, 2 pieces whole wheat toast (recently added tinas bean and cheese burrito)
meal 2: detour protein bar 30 g protein, low sugar
meal 3: whole wheat spaghetti w/ ground turkey, or ground turkey&potatoes, or footlong chicken subway, or chicken Breast w/ rice/other carb
meal 4: Muscle milk/protein shake
meal 5: lean pocket Philli cheese steak.

supplements:
Multi vitamin
udos choice flax seed oil
optimum whey - (just started post workout)
Detour bars low sugar
Myoplex
Muscle milk

I usually get 5-6 meals in, and also eat some peanuts, myoplex protein, optimum whey protein, Chili turkey - home made, granola bars, sometimes 2 detour bars/day my problem right now is I am wanting to eat before bed, and im getting a lot of carbs, so I might just do the muscle milk before I go to sleep. I know I need more green fibrous veggies in here, and my carbs are really high bit I usually get 2 hours a day in the gym 6 days/week. and Do 45 min of cardio 4 days/week. more or less.

sounds like you've got your routine down.. your progress is awesome bro... keep it up and seeing veins in your shoulds when you work out.. is fun to see.... especially if they run down your chest a little too.. lol
