Before and After Pics

The before pics were taken around christmas last year, basically the same way I looked before starting my IGF cycle this year. Hadn't worked out in a while obviously. Weight was about 162-163 lbs.

After pics were taken this past weekend, no pump or anything. Weight is about 196-198 lbs. I am waiting on my Clen to get here to get a little leaner for the summer and for my honeymoon coming up. I know I'm still tiny compared to most of you guys, but 30+ lbs in ~5 months all natural isn't too bad I guess. Right now I'm thinking I'll keep building up a good foundation and keep my diet clean and hopefully this winter I will be ready for my first AAS cycle to put on some serious weight.

One question, as you can probably see in the pics, my chest is still really uneven. I don't know if they are different sizes or just different shapes or what. I thought my left pec looks bigger but my fiance thinks the right one looks bigger so I dunno. Any suggestions on how to even them out would be greatly appreciated.

All in all, I'm pretty pleased with MC's IGF. I think it helped a great deal. You can find my IGF Log HERE

look great man looks like you may have actually lost a little b/f as well so thats even more muscle you gained. Great results keep up the hard work.

Thanks bro, any ideas on evening out the chest? Every time I look in the mirror it bothers me :(

well alot of it is just genetics, do you do mostly db's or barbell?

Both really. Usually DB for incline and fly and I use the machine for flat bench. It just looks stupid for one nipple to be so much higher than the other :(

If you get another Michelle tattoo on the other side, it will distract you noticing it..LOL

Kidding, no really though, if you are having issues, then "apply" igf to that problem area and it should help even it out, until you gain more muscle, then it won't be as noticeable.

Haha, if I had another Michelle in my life that might be an option ;) I did try applying more IGF to the left side but it only helped so much. You think when I get some more mass it won't be as noticeable?

In your log it said you weighed 188lbs before you started IGF. So what do you say brought you from 162 to 188lbs?

Sorry should have been a little more clear.

I started at 162 and worked out just eating, no supplements at the beginning of this year.. I got to 188 and then started the IGF. The last 10 lbs or so were with the IGF, which I do think helped. I just ran it for 7 weeks. Like Swole said, I kept gaining but I think I leaned out a little as well so I would say I got pretty good results from the IGF.

The pics are just overall before and after though, not just from IGF. Sorry for any confusion.

when your ready to start that AAS cycle you just let us know

Thanks for all the encouraging words bros. Helps to motivate me even more. Hope to lean up a little more and perhaps gain a little between now and winter. Main goal is to stay lean though, then I'll most likely test the waters in the deep end ;)

Great job, bro! To me, I can't see a difference in size between your pecs. I do see that they are differently shaped, however, so that may contribute to the feeling. The other thing is we can't see the actual thickness as you do, i.e., from your point of view looking down at your pecs. My left pec is slightly bigger than the other, but it is hard to tell so much from the front. I notice it far more than others do. You're probably the same.

great results bro!

I cant tell the chest difference either. you're probably alot more self conscious about it than you need to be.

Thanks man. You're probably right, but I'm always my biggest critic.
