I have had a long lay off from the gym and decided today was the day to get back in there and get back to it. There is no better time than now to get back into shape for the summer.

Since the end of the summer I have put on a lot of weight, and not the good kind. So my main focus is weight loss and bulking up. I dont have my camera right now but I will post a starting pic tomorrow night.

I'm 6'1" 205lbs and not sure of my BF%, im sure its high though. I should be 185lbs so I need to be on the treadmill incline walking my @ss off...lol

Im dedicated to hitting the gym twice a day, morning and night. I hope the results will show up quicker hitting it twice a day...I need some diet pointers though...please give me some diet ideas...

First day in the gym I took it pretty easy...

3 sets of 10 - total body work out
45 mins. on incline treadmill

I forgot to post a starting pic....so here is a starting pic...

Im 6'1" and at that time weighted about 195lbs
 
some progress....

a little more than a month in the gym (7 days a week), changed diet, and running Test E 300/Tren E 250 every 4 days... I hover around 215-218lbs during the day...first thing in them morning when Im at my lightest I'm a consistant 210lbs...
 
Nice gains bro sorry i guess i missed this thread back in december. keep up the good work man gains look great.
 
wheres the wheels brutha?

I'll get some wheel pics up sometime this week, I need to shave them BADLY before posting...that sounds totally gay but they are all tatted up too and you cant have tatted "hairy" wheels but its winter...kind of
 
definitely see some good size cominig on bro keep it up. Florida doesnt know what winter is lol.
