this is me in 2007 6 months before i started my supps and this is me 3 weeks ago maybe 12% or so bf my top two abs were visible. now im bulking again so i dont want to photo myself right now but you get the idea

Your not going to like this but I like your before pic better. From that photo (with your girl?), it looks like you lost some muscle when you stripped down. But what the hell do I know!

yea nair its an after then before deal thats how the computer uploaded the photos but i figured you would know

LMAO!!! I'm like WTF? Okay brother, I'm totally on board with Leather: you're look'n good! That hat could use some work though; SD should be the logo imprented on that thing
