Couple progress pics.

Well, I'm nowhere near as well built as most of you guys on here, but I've made decent progress from where I started I think. Still a long way to go, I'm still pretty new to the game.

Just a few years ago I was a meager 6'1'' and 165lbs. Started training and got to 195lbs fairly lean. That was before my cycle which ended a little over two weeks ago. My peak weight on cycle was 223 which I hit a couple days for a total over my start weight of 28lbs. After losing the water weight and bloat I'm down to 217 for a total of 22lbs above starting weight.

Don't have a good before of my legs but here is where they are now.

Legs are weaksauce. I train them hard, they just don't grow well. I dunno. Anyway, comments/criticism is welcome.

Here's another after. Not before to compare, just thought it came ok decent.

Dont know how you work out now, but I would suggest to stick with the basics. You could fill out that frame alot more.

I like the quads I can't get my quads to hold and good size to them. You're looking good

Thanks man. I feel like they need a lot of work, but so does the rest of my body so just gotta keep working at it.

Nice pics crg!! At 6'1 you have plenty of room for some solid growth and you have a good frame to build upon! I would keep the weights heavy bro!!

Thanks bro! That's the plan. Hope to start my second cycle soon. Maybe next month. Would really like to hit 230 this time.
 
Nice gains man, gotta be tough trying to fill out 6'1". You doing heavy compound lifts? If you want your legs to grow, squat, squat, squat and squat some more, LOL. And throw some SLDL in there for those hammies.
