Not a bad day all in all, workout was great this morning. Pinned my test about 30 min before workout, pinned in my left quad. Some Beach started gettting sore about noon. Ran out of clomid this morning too, gotta get some incoming pronto. Got a good workout planned for Back in the morning. Gonna do some more deadlifts, feel like Ive been gaining by leaps and bounds ever since I started Deadlifting more often. Will prolly have a few more vids tomorrow, once I get a few of all aspects of where I am at I wont be posting any until I set some pretty hefty Personal Bests.

Gonna up my intake tomorrow, gonna throw in a pound of turkey breast fillets in each day, should add another 100 g of protein to what Im already taking in. Gotta get some more protein and creatine, more amino acids and find a site I can order some more caber from.

Was trying to post last night, but regardless here it is, gotta love copy/paste

So with the snow and all today I didnt have to work, so when I got back from the gym this morning I ate my breakfast sat around a while then took a nap, got up at 10 ate a lil more, took another nap. Got up around 2, watched a lil tv, ate some oatmeal and decided to go back to the gym since I was able to rest so much, normally I would be totally against this but I feel that with the rest I got it was aite.

So I went back and did bis and tris, really good workout, great pump and got some decent vids.

Weighed in at 208.2 this morning, finally some freaking weight gaining goin on. Went and did chest this morning, my body was drained, def gonna change up the routine and throw in a few days off.

Pretty good shoulder workout all in all, def sore as hell this afternoon. Had more sets of shrugs planned but my back got a lil sore and I backed off. Suppose to be off or cardio tomorrow, think im gonna go in and do forearms, calves and cardio, nothing too heavy. My forearms and calves need work so I could prolly get a little in on my days off without much energy expenditure.
 
Went to Vitamin Shoppe last night and got me some White flood, creatine monohydrate and some MuscleTech Nitro Amino FX, took the White Flood pre-workout and the Nitro Amino FX mixed with the monohydrate and I got a pump like I havent had in a year, felt like my pecs were 2 swollen pillows.

Been a minute since I updated, havent really had the energy to do much internet wise this week, work is wearing me down. Ill try to keep the journal updated from now on. On another note had a pretty good chest day, threw in a lil lite cardio at the end of my workout, good stuff all in all.

Did the Barbell Bench with a wider grip then normal and it felt like it really hit the center of my chest, felt good and pumped by the time i was done with the workout, weight on inc bb was a little low but i was pretty fatigued by the time i got to it, good workout all in all.
